Business Plan Development

An effective Business Plan is not necessarily difficult to create. It will, however, require time and thought on the part of the preparer(s). It outlines the business of the organization in such a manner that it creates a “snapshot” of the organization so that an interested person (insider or outsider) will be better able to understand where the organization is now, and where the management sees the organization in the future.

A Business Plan program for your organization can be developed to meet your specific needs and may include the following:

  • Development or Review of The Organization’s Mission Statement

  • Examination of Organization’s Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Overview of The Organization’s Current Financial Status

  • Projections of Future Financial Status

  • Analysis of Products Manufactured or Services Provided
        – Present and Future

  • Analysis of Customer Base – Present and Future

  • How Your Business Plan Interacts and Correlates

  • With Your Organization’s Strategic Plan

An effective Business Plan assists individuals as well as business organizations. At our seminar, we show your participants how to create and follow their own personal Business Plan.
